In a Recent Incident, NOTE (National Organization for Tobaco Eradication) summoned Bollywood Actor Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor after they were caught smoking in a school campus. Actor Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor were shooting in Goa for ‘Golmaal 3′ when this indecent happened and Arshad Warsi was even caught on camera with a lighted cigarette.
