| Weight Loss and Gain Taking its Toll on Actresses ? |
In fact Shweta had also joked, "Once I had SHAAPIT in hand, I knew I won't be looking back. I had to work hard and today I am an anorexic 45 kgs."
Well, though weight loss isn't quite a joke, neither is the entire effort which is required to maintain a healthy lifestyle and regular work outs. Ask Kareena Kapoor who is not really willing to look back after going through a pencil thin for TASHAN. Even though there have been mixed reactions, Kareena has chosen to more or less retain the same figure.
Vidya Balan too has seriously worked on herself and though her body structure can't be expected to drive her in Kareena Kapoor's direction, she has at least put her act together in a major way. Same holds good for Rani Mukherji who didn't quite look bloated up in last couple of years but surprised quite a few with her well tone body in DIL BOLE HADIPPA.
While aspiring to get down from such high number indeed makes sense, one wonders whether it is really healthy for other actress who may just have their weight in the range of 50-60 kgs but still wish to bring it down to the Size Zero levels? Is it practically possible to go against the body shape, get a pencil thin figure but then also sustain it for years to come?
