Jodhpur (PTI): Bollywood star Salman Khan was on Thursday allowed by a local court to travel to London to attend a function to unveil his statue at Madame Tussauds gallery.
Khan, who is facing several cases under Wildlife and Arms Acts for allegedly hunting animals, was granted the permission by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Jodhpur, Dalpat Singh Rajpurohit after admitting his application.
His counsel Hastimal Saraswat while filing the application on behalf of the forty-one-year old actor, contended that participation of Khan in the unveiling ceremony of his wax statue at Madame Tussauds is his professional need.
