22 January 2008 (Sawf News) - NDTV announced the launch of its Hindi general entertainment channel, NDTV Imagine, set to go on air in January 2008, in the presence of Bollywood and TV celebrities that included Hrithik and Suzanne Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, Karan Johar, Malaika Arora, Irrfan Khan and Jeetendra.

Performances by the TV personalities such as cast of Dharamveer, Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family and a dance show by choreographer Saroj Khan kept the audience upbeat.
